Getting Started
When you first open the app, tap:
“Make your first decision”
Step 1 – Enter Your Decision
Add a question such as:
- What should I eat for dinner?
- Which book should I read?
- Where should I go on holiday?
Step 2 – Add Options
Add the choices you’re deciding between.
Example:
- Pasta
- Salad
- Takeaway
You can:
- Add multiple options
- Swipe left to delete an option
👉 You need at least 2 options to continue.
Step 3 – Define What Matters
Add factors that influence your decision.
Examples:
- Healthiness
- Cost
- Time
- Enjoyment
Then set how important each factor is.
👉 Higher importance = bigger impact on the result
You can:
- Edit factor names
- Adjust importance sliders
- Swipe to delete factors
Step 4 – Rate Each Option
For each option, rate how well it matches each factor.
Example:
- Pasta → Healthiness: 3
- Salad → Healthiness: 5
👉 Higher scores mean a better match
Step 5 – View Your Result
The app calculates a result and shows:
- Recommended option
- How strong the decision is
- Why it was chosen (based on your factors)
If the scores are very close, you may see:
“It’s a tie”
👉 In this case, both options are equally strong
Step 6 – Make Your Choice
Tap:
“Choose this”
Your decision will be saved.
