Pending (“the app”) is designed to respect your privacy.
We collect as little information as possible and do not track you.
This policy explains what data is (and is not) handled when you use Pending.
1. Data you create in the app
All items you create in Pending — including titles, dates, categories, and notes — are stored locally on your device.
Your data:
- is not uploaded to our servers
- is not shared with us
- is not accessed by third parties
- is not linked to any account
If you delete the app, your data is removed from that device.
2. Notifications
If you enable reminders, Pending uses Apple’s local notification system to schedule alerts on your device.
Notification data is processed entirely by your device and is not sent to us.
3. Purchases
Pending Pro is offered as a one-time in-app purchase.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not receive your payment information.

4. App Store reviews
Pending may occasionally use Apple’s in-app review prompt to ask you to rate the app.
We do not receive any information about who submits ratings or reviews.
5. Analytics and tracking
Pending does not:
- run third-party analytics
- include advertising SDKs
- track your activity
- collect usage metrics
- build user profiles
6. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share user data.
Because Pending does not collect your personal data, there is no personal data to share.
7. Children’s privacy
Pending does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
If the app’s privacy approach changes in the future, this policy will be updated and the effective date revised.
