When you press the WORK TIME cell, the below screen will open.

To change the work time, simply press the time you wish to use and a tick will appear against that period of time. When you dismiss the WORK TIME screen by dragging down, your new work time has been setup and will be shown on the DURATION section of the SETTINGS menu.

From the SETTINGS menu you can turn the auto disable and sound options on or off, by simply pressing on their respective cells. When turned on a tick will appear next to them.

The auto disable option stops your device from turning off the screen while the timer is running. If you turn off this option, once the device screen turns off, then the PomTracker timer will stop. When screen is turned on again, and PomTracker activated, the timer will restart from where it left off. This is also the case if PomTracker is moved to the background whilst running, for example if you make a call whilst it is running, PomTracker will stop and then restart from where is left off when it returns to the foreground.

If the sound options is turned on. after each round and rest period, PomTracker will play an alert sound and vibrate. If turned off, no notifications will be provided.
