SIMPLE ISA INFO

Loop helps you stay on top of things you’re waiting on — without overcomplicating it.

Getting Started

Tap the + button to create a new follow-up.

You’ll be asked to:

  • Add a title (what you’re waiting on)
  • Optionally add notes
  • Optionally choose a category
  • Choose when to follow up (1, 3, or 7 days)

Once saved, your item will automatically appear in the appropriate section.

How Loop Works

Loop organises your follow-ups into two main sections:

Needs Action

Items that require your attention today (due today or overdue).

Upcoming

Items scheduled for a future follow-up.

Loop automatically moves items between these sections based on time — you don’t need to manage this manually.

Taking Action

Each item gives you simple, quick actions:

Done

Mark the item as complete.
It will move to the Archive.

+3 Days

Push the follow-up forward by 3 days.

Tomorrow

Move the follow-up to tomorrow.

These actions help you stay in control without needing to edit or reschedule manually.

Notes

You can add notes when creating an item.

  • Notes appear on the card as a preview
  • Tap the notes to expand and view more

Categories

Categories help you organise your follow-ups.

Available categories include:

  • Work
  • Personal
  • Finance
  • Health
  • Admin
  • Other

Categories are optional.

Archive

Completed items are stored in the Archive.

From here you can:

  • Review past items
  • Reopen items if needed

Stats (Pro Feature)

Loop Pro unlocks the Stats screen, where you can see:

  • Closed Today
  • Closed This Week
  • Open Loops
  • Breakdown by category

This helps you track progress and stay motivated.

Notifications

Loop can send reminders when items are due.

  • Notifications are sent at 9:00 AM on the due day
  • You can enable or disable notifications in Settings

All notifications are handled locally on your device.

Settings

In Settings, you can:

  • Enable or disable notifications
  • Access the privacy policy and user guide

Tips for Best Use

  • Keep titles short and clear
  • Use notes for extra context
  • Check Loop once a day (morning works best)
  • Use “Tomorrow” or “+3 Days” instead of ignoring items

Summary

Loop is designed to be simple:

  • Add something you’re waiting on
  • Let Loop remind you
  • Take quick action when needed

No clutter. No overthinking. Just stay on top of things.
