This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit the Calibrate website or use the Calibrate mobile application.
Calibrate is developed and maintained by an independent developer. Respect for your privacy is a core principle of the product.

Calibrate does not require you to create an account.
We do not collect names, email addresses, or personal profiles.
If you contact us directly (for example by email), we will only use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry.
b) App usage data
Calibrate stores your time blocks and history locally on your device.
Your activity data is not transmitted to any external servers operated by us.
c) Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple’s App Store.
We do not receive your payment details. Apple may provide us with anonymous purchase and subscription status for the purpose of unlocking Pro features.
Apple’s data handling is governed by Apple’s own Privacy Policy.
d) Website data
The Calibrate website itself does not intentionally collect personal information.
Basic, anonymous technical information (such as IP address, browser type, or pages visited) may be processed automatically by standard web hosting services for security and performance.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Any information is used only to:
• Provide and operate the app
• Unlock purchased features
• Improve reliability and performance
• Respond to user support requests
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
3. Data Storage
All time-tracking and history data is stored locally on your device.
If you enable iCloud on your device, Apple may sync app data between your devices. This is handled entirely by Apple and subject to Apple’s privacy policies.
We do not maintain our own user databases.
4. Third-Party Services
Calibrate may rely on Apple system services, including:
• App Store and In-App Purchases
• iCloud (if enabled by the user)
• Apple analytics tools (if enabled in system settings)
These services may collect limited technical or usage data under Apple’s own policies.
5. Your Rights and Control
You are in full control of your data.
You may:
• Delete the app at any time to remove all locally stored data
• Manage iCloud sync through your Apple ID settings
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through the App Store
6. Children’s Privacy
Calibrate is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
